I saw your profile in the current Tesco magazine, which is ironic as I am always having issues with them and their allergy info on bakery products re eggs!! Our youngest child (2) is allergic to egg so we are always on the lookout for egg free recipes. I have found a good pancake one – after many failed attempts and ruined frying pans! And also a nice chocolate cake recipe which comes out for everyone’s birthday. Looking forward to trying out some new ones from here, to give a bit of variety. The other two children, and ourselves can eat eggs, but we try and keep them out of the house as much as possible, as it’s safer that way.

      Hi Ellie,
I’m glad you like my blog!
I struggle with bakery products everywhere, I generally don’t buy from in-store bakeries, I only buy pre-packed where the ingredients are listed (or I make my own). We also don’t have eggs in our house, it’s just too risky, if there’s even a trace of egg on something it can trigger a reaction!
Let me know how you get on with my recipes.
      Jude x

      Hi Cheryl,
How did you get on with baking the cakes? It must be hard having 3 kids all allergic to eggs! I hope they enjoy the recipes too
